Every time I have a teams falls where people are on video, my computer freezes after a couple of minutes. It is not possible to get assistance by a human being for this issue with microsoft even though I have a a subscription for Office It is very frustrating and embarrassing with client and people that you are trying to have meetings with. I heavily rely on Teams for commuinication with my collegues, so this issue very annoying. I hope someone might have an idea how to fix it. During video calls all video freezes on my side -- others see the last image of me standing still, I frsezing everyone including myself standing still.
This happens usually in longer meetings around the 1 hour markbut especially often at the moment when I stop sharing my screen. There is no clear pattern however: in some microspft it does not happen at all, in some microssoft happens directly after starting the call.

Do you have pending Windows updates to execute? Do you have pending driver updates to execute from the device manufacturer site? Can you verify your hardware resources use when you stop duting screen sharing?
